Profile

Given this array of expertise and competitive advantages held by its staff, the Company has been selected as a partner of many public authorities of central, regional and local Administration to support the processes of economic and social development they lead or promote.

Since 2000 the Company embarked on a sustained process of internationalisation, which began with technical support to various governments of Central and Eastern Europe in their negotiations for accession to the European Union. This international activity has subsequently been pursued with regard to tasks associated with implementation of EU structural funds in current Member States.

More recently, its work has been extended to the Third Sector, and has been supporting Civil Society Organisations in Portugal, in terms of management and evaluation of projects and programmes.

In order to develop its business with high quality levels and to ensure an ongoing ability to adapt to changing consultancy markets both nationally and internationally, the Company has equipped itself with a lightweight and flexible staff structure, supported by robust information technology and tools. It relies on a network of consultants in Portugal and abroad, highly qualified, multidisciplinary, available to provide collaboration whenever the nature of the projects so requires.
